Remodelling Works for Coleraine Health Centre

Barrett Contracts have worked on a wide range of schemes across the Health Care Sector. We have been appointed the main contractor in refurbishment of Coleraine Health Centre to form premises for a new multi-disciplinary team. Works will comprise the relocation of sereral internal partitions and creation of new openings to provide dedicated consultation and administration rooms. Each room will receive new surface finishes, new lighting and demarcation will also be required. External works will comprise the provision of a new bespoke storage container for medical records and the extension of the existing car parking configuration to provide an additional 15no spaces.
