Barrett Contracts are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted in the Fit-Out category of the 2017 CEF Awards which are to be held at the Culloden Hotel this Autumn.
The Lincoln Building is a period landmark structure located on Great Victoria Street, Belfast and provides over 61,000sq ft. of office space located in the heart of the city.
Barrett Contracts were appointed as Principal Contractor to undertake a high profile, £5m Fast Track scheme which involved the total strip out and refit of the early 20th Century building.
UNIQUE FIT-OUT
Project Managed by Johnston Houston , The Client team included employer Andras House and blue chip tenants Regus, Deloitte & Axiom. Each had individual and unique fit-out requirements which effectively translated to four separate schemes in one building!
EXCITEMENT BUILDS
Following various rounds of judging over the summer months, Barrett Contracts are excited to join the other finalists at a gala evening event in October.
