In preparation of the 2013 G8 Summit Barrett Contracts were appointed to strip out and refurbish the renowned Thai Spa and 25 of the hotels suites. These works were carried out in a live publicly occupied building.

With time constraints, a lack of existing drawings and the specialist nature of a Spa, close collaboration was essential between the project manager and site team to ensure the desired performance was met within budgetary targets.

 
We feel we have received recognition of our efforts by way of further opportunities to compete other notable contracts for both Johnston Houston and the hotel chain Tifco.
